Jennie is an Honorary Lecturer in the UCL Division of Surgery & Interventional Science and is a Module Leader on the MSc in Performing Arts Medicine. This course trains doctors and other health professionals in the treatment and management of performing arts injuries and represents the first qualification of its kind in the world. As one of its developers, Jennie is regularly invited to speak both nationally and internationally about this growing field of medicine.

Jennie is also a lecturer for The British Association for Performing Arts Medicine and speaks on training days for medical professionals who wish to learn more about performing arts-related injuries.

She is also on the Speakers Register for Dance UK who, through their “Healthier Dancer” programme, promote best practice in dance medicine and science.

She also provides lectures and workshops for dance students, professionals and teachers on preventing and managing injuries. Previous clients include the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing, Cecchetti teaching courses, Cecchetti Junior Summer School, The Wells Summer School, Buckinghamshire Regional Dance Council and many smaller independent schools.
